Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Influencify. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Prohibited use

You may not use Influencify to generate:

• Content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent
• Content depicting minors
• Sexual or NSFW content
• Content intended for impersonation, fraud or harassment

AI disclosure

All content generated with Influencify is watermarked and/or tagged as AI-generated. You agree not to remove these disclosures.

Your content

You retain ownership of the personas and generated assets you create, subject to the license terms of the underlying model providers you use.
